PAULO ARANAS, M.D.

As a board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Paulo A. Aranas provides care for patients ages newborn through adult. His range of care includes preventive medicine, routine checkups and physicals, well-child and sick pediatric care, acute and chronic disease management, sports medicine, women’s health care, immunizations, and diagnosis and treatment of various health concerns. He has specific interest in obesity, diabetes, hypertension, sports medicine and preventive care.

Dr. Aranas received his medical degree from the University of the Phillippines – College of Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at North Shore – LIJ Health System at Glen Cove Hospital in Glen Cove, N.Y. Prior to joining Morris Hospital, Dr. Aranas practiced for four years as a family medicine physician in the Herscher-Kankakee area.

Dr. Aranas has been surrounded by medical professionals his whole life, including his father who was a dentist, his maternal grandfather who was a radiologist, and now his wife who is also a doctor. Dr. Aranas is committed to being caring, sincere and empathetic to all of his patients at all times. As a family nurse practitioner, Sarah Bojak is qualified to serve as the primary healthcare provider for patients of all ages. Sarah received her master’s degree in nursing from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Ill. and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Ill. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, encouraging each patient to actively participate in their care. She believes it is essential to build relationships with every patient through trust and communication.

Sarah has worked as a registered nurse since 2001 and has experience as a family nurse practitioner in an immediate care setting.

ELIZABETH CACELLO, F.N.P.

As a family nurse practitioner, Elizabeth Cacello is qualified to serve as the primary healthcare provider for patients ages 18 and older. She holds a Family Nurse Practitioner certificate, allowing her to order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose disease, provide appropriate treatments and prescribe medications.

Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in nursing from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Ill. She worked for two years as a nurse practitioner in Morris Hospital’s Immediate Care Centers, and she has more than 10 years of experience as a registered nurse at Morris Hospital, serving in immediate care and in-patient settings. She also was an emergency medical technician, field RN and firefighter with the Gardner Fire Department.

As a general practitioner, Dr. Michael Cichon provides primary care services to patients of all ages. Dr. Cichon has served as a practicing physician in the Dwight community for 34 years.

He is a 1980 graduate of Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Ill., where he received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree. In 1981, he completed an osteopathic medicine internship at Martin Place Hospital in Madison Heights, Michigan.

As a family nurse practitioner, Jennifer Frye, F.P.N.-B.C., is trained to care for patients age newborn through adulthood. Jennifer is a specialized nurse who has completed extensive additional education and training.

Her certification allows her to order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose disease and provide appropriate treatments, including prescribing medications. Jennifer is qualified to serve as patients’ primary healthcare provider and is committed to working with patients to fulfill all of their healthcare needs.

McGuan was a registered nurse at Morris Hospital for 19 years and was named Nurse of the Year in 2008. She is a Wilmington native and has resided in Coal City since 1995.

RAJA SALEEM, M.D.

A board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Raja K. Saleem has served on the Morris Hospital Medical Staff since 2007. He provides primary care for adult patients. He also serves as a hospitalist at Morris Hospital.

As a family nurse practitioner, Angela Todd is qualified to serve as the primary healthcare provider for patients ranging in age from newborn to seniors. She is also able to order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications. Angela has a passion for working with pediatric patients as well as practicing women’s health.

She has more than 13 years of experiencce as a registered nurse in the Morris Hospital Emergency Department. She is certified in advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support and basic life support.

KATHY ULIVI, F.N.P.

Kathy received her Master’s of Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Olivet Nazarene University. She also holds of Master’s of Nursing in Education from Lewis University. In addition, Kathy is a certified diabetic educator, an oncology certified nurse, and she is board certified in pain management.

Kathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, teaching, reading and volunteering.
