Our Registered Dietitians can teach you how to make better choices when you’re shopping, preparing or ordering food using an approach that integrates education and tools to help change behaviors and meet individual health goals.

We provide individualized nutrition advice for a variety of conditions including:

  • Diabetes, prediabetes, gestational diabetes
  • Food allergies and intolerance
  • Gastrointestinal disorders
  • Heart disease (high blood pressure/cholesterol/triglycerides)

A doctor’s referral is required for outpatient nutrition counseling. Once you have a doctor’s referral, call 815-942-4105 to schedule an appointment.
