Yes, it’s true! You don’t need to wait for a call from Scheduling to come in for your lab work. After your provider orders a lab test for you, you can walk in to one of our outpatient Laboratory locations:

- Diagnostic & Rehabilitative Center of Morris Hospital, 100 W. Gore Rd., Morris
- Morris Hospital Ridge Road Campus, 27240 W. Saxony Dr., Channahon
- Morris Hospital Diamond-Coal City Campus, 1450 E. Division St., Diamond
- Morris Hospital Ottawa Campus, 1306 Gemini Circle, Suite 1, Ottawa
To assure accurate results, please following fasting instructions if applicable. Be sure to bring your photo ID and health plan ID card with you.
