Dr. Nuzhat Chalisa provides diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, obesity and pituitary problems. She believes in the principle of “Act on Diabetes Now,” which provides a multi-systemic approach to the promotion of diabetes education as a core component of diabetes care. Dr. Chalisa is committed to providing excellence in the care of diabetes and other endocrine disorders.

Dr. Chalisa completed her residency at Loyola University Medical Center and a fellowship in endocrinology at Rosalind & Franklin University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School. She is board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology.

A resident of Naperville, Dr. Chalisa is married and has two children. She enjoys traveling and interior decorating and is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Gujrati.

Jennifer Greggain is an endocrinology nurse practitioner serving under Dr. Nuzhat Chalisa. She is qualified to diagnosis and treat endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome, osteoporosis, obesity and pituitary problems. She encourages patients to be actively involved in their healthcare decisions.

Jennifer received her Master’s of Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of St. Francis in Joliet. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, gardening and staying physically active.
