Designed for youths age 11 and older, this course can help babysitters: interview for a babysitting job, choose safe and age-appropriate toys and games, perform first aid, learn diapering and feeding techniques, handle bedtime issues, and learn tips for having a safe babysitting experience. Participants should bring a doll or stuffed animal the size of a newborn infant to class, along with an email address so their certification can be sent to them by the American Red Cross upon completion of the class. Lunch is included. The course is held in the Morris Hospital training classroom located on the southwest corner of the building. Please enter using door #22.
