  • Allergic reactions (non-life-threatening), asthma
  • Back problems, headaches
  • Bites and stings (animal and insect)
  • Concussion symptoms
  • Minor broken bones and fractures, sprains and strains
  • Cuts requiring stitches, minor burns, skin rash and infection
  • Eye irritation and redness
  • Fever (moderate), flu symptoms, vomiting and diarrhea, dehydration caused by illness
  • Sexually transmitted infection

Patients of all ages are seen on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis, with care provided by a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant.

PAYMENT

An Immediate Care visit is billed as a hospital outpatient service, which means your deductible may apply depending on your insurance. X-ray, CT testing, ultrasound or laboratory services may be ordered to assist the provider in making a diagnosis and would result in additional charges.

If your health plan includes Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers as a participating provider, a deposit will be requested toward your out of pocket expenses at the time of service, and the charges will be submitted to your health plan.

If your health plan doesn’t include Morris Hospital as a provider, you may be required to pay a larger deductible or a greater portion of your bill because our services will be deemed “out of network” with your health plan. Be sure you understand your plan’s “out of network” options.

Self-pay patients are asked for a $100 deposit at the time of immediate care service.
