Diagnostic Testing
Morris Hospital currently offers self-scheduling for the diagnostic tests listed above.
A physician’s order is needed for all tests, except screening mammography.
Locations: For your convenience, we offer testing at locations in Channahon, Diamond, Morris and Ottawa.
Scheduling Assistance: If you have orders for multiple tests or need to schedule sooner than the offered availability shown through self-scheduling, please call Scheduling at (815) 942-4105 so we can expedite your request. A scheduling representative is available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m-5 p.m.
