The value you’ll bring will help us improve the health of geriatric residents across 20 communities we serve in the far southwest suburbs of Chicago.

Morris Hospital

• 89-bed Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Certified, plus we offer an accredited Sleep Center
• Be available for geriatric in-patient hospital consults (~1-2pts/day) – as consulting physician
• Help reduce readmission rates and end-of-life discussions with patients and families
• Strong referral patterns with 23 PCPs in our service area, plus multitude of medical specialties

Geriatric Facilities

• Work with local, independent LTCs where we have strong, professional relationships
• Be an integral part of our reputable Geriatric & Hospice team that’s already in place with a large patient population that can be expanded to more facilities
• Collaborate with Geriatric APRN
• You have a true voice in decision-making here! Be part of our active medical staff committees, physician advisory councils and engaging healthcare center meetings, e.g. ACO Steering and Post-Acute Care Committee
