We Offer Multiple Locations Close to Where You Live or Work.
For your convenience, we offer comprehensive imaging and lab services at several locations including our Ridge Road Campus, Diamond/Coal City Campus, and our Diagnostic Rehabilitation Center as well as our main hospital campus in Morris.
If you have a doctor’s order for mutliple tests or need to schedule sooner than the offered availability, please call (815) 942-4105 so we can expedite your request. Central Scheduling hours are as follows: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Prior authorization from your insurance carrier may be needed prior to confirming your appointment.
