Designed for expectant parents during their last trimester of pregnancy, the two session Prepared Childbirth class covers labor, comfort measures, relaxation and medical interventions. Pain management options will also be discussed, along with vaginal and cesarean birth. The class concludes with a tour of Morris Hospital’s Family Birthing Suites, along with an explanation of delivery and post partum care. This class that will meet on Wednesday, December 12 & 19.
