DESCRIPTION:Approximately 37 million U.S. adults\, ages 26 and older\, stru
 ggle with a substance use disorder.  While substances are a common part o
 f our human experience and culture\, some people struggle with unhealthy r
 elationships with substances.  Join Dr. Jennifer Thomas\, Morris Hospital
  family medicine and addiction medicine physician\, for a dynamic conversa
 tion about substance use and learn how mental health and wellness are impa
 cted by our relationship with substances.\n\nThe FREE education series is 
 open to the public\, ages 18 and older\, and non-YMCA members are welcome
