These meetings provide a place for anyone who has been diagnosed with heart failure to participate in general discussion about ways to manage this chronic condition, gain emotional support, and share experiences with other heart failure patients. A 15-minute educational component will be presented at each meeting. This month’s topic is “Travel Tips for Heart Failure Patients.”
