This FREE virtual class is a basic introduction to carbohydrate counting, an especially great program for people with diabetes and pre-diabetes. Upon registration, you will immediately receive a link via email and can view the video at any time of your choosing. You will learn from our registered dietitian about “foods that fit” into your lifestyle and how foods impact blood sugar control. Along with the video link, registered participants of this class are also welcome to reach out to our registered dietitian by phone or email if they have any questions about carbohydrate counting.
