This is a basic introduction to carbohydrate counting and is an especially great program for people with diabetes and pre-diabetes. Join us for information on healthful eating about “foods that fit” and how this impacts blood sugar control. Participants will be guided in putting an appropriate meal together and will then be able to eat! The class is FREE.
