Designed for youths age 11 and older, this course can help babysitters: interview for a babysitting job, choose safe and age-appropriate toys and games, perform first aid, learn diapering and feeding techniques, handle bedtime issues, and learn tips for having a safe babysitting experience. Completion of the course includes a certification in American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training and a certification in American Heart Association Infant and Child CPR.
Participants should bring a packed lunch and an afternoon snack, along with an email address so their certification can be sent to them by the American Red Cross upon completion of the class. Please use Door #22 on the southwest corner of the building
