Scott Ciechna, M.D., Family Practice
As a family practice physician, Dr. Ciechna provides care for the entire family, ages newborn through adulthood. He received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University - School of Medicine and completed a family practice residency at Southern Illinois University Center for Family Medicine.
Rita Hart, D.O., Pediatrics
As a pediatrician, Dr. Hart sees patients ages newborn through 17. She received her medical degree and completed her residency in pediatrics at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Lawton Moy, M.D., Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
As an internist and pediatrician, Dr.Moy is specially trained to care for patients of all ages,from newborns through seniors.He received his medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria and completed an internship and residency at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Sherri Elworthy, Physician Assistant
Sherri Elworthy earned her bachelor's degree in biology and education at DePaul University, followed by three years of physician assistant studies at Midwestern University in Downers Grove. Working under the supervision of a physician, Sherri is qualified to conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illness, order and interpret tests, counsel patients on preventive health care, and prescribe medications.
