Jennifer Thomas, M.D., Family Medicine
- As a family medicine physician, Dr. Thomas provides care for patients ages newborn through adulthood. She received her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springield and completed a family medicine residency at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital.
