Visiting Hours

Visitors are an important part of a patient's recovery and well being. At the same time, it is important that patients are given ample opportunity to rest and recuperate during their hospital stay.

To assure a safe environment that promotes healing for each patient, we request that visitors follow these guidelines:

  • Visitors should be 12 years of age or older. Children ages 6 through 11 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please contact the nursing station regarding visitation of children under six years of age.
  • All visitors, regardless of age, must be free from fever, sore throat, flu or colds, diarrhea or rashes, and communicable diseases including chickenpox, measles, mumps and respiratory illness.

We request that visitors please be respectful of the following visiting hours:

General Visiting

11 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Critical Care Unit

8 a.m. - 8 p.m. (only 2 visitors at a time.)

Pediatric Unit

Parents may stay with their child 24 hours a day.

Family Birthing Suites

The father/significant other of the newborn may visit 24 hours a day. Siblings of the newborn are welcome to visit provided they are free of recent exposures to communicable illness. Other family and friends may visit during general visiting hours.
