Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers is committed to delivering safe, quality care. This is evident by our commitment to ensuring adequate staffing.
In accordance with the Hospital Report Card Act, we are pleased to provide information pertaining to nurse staffing levels, as well as nursing staff credentials (education, training and certification) upon request. Inpatients and/or their family members wishing to request such information should ask to speak to the nurse manager or nursing supervisor. For general requests regarding nurse staffing and education from individuals who are not currently a patient, please call the Nursing Administration office at 815-942-2932, ext. 1442 during normal business hours.
In addition to our professionally trained nurses, we have many other patient care team members who also make significant contributions to the patient care experience, including pharmacists, social workers, dietitians, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, laboratory technologists, and discharge planners.
