Scott Ciechna, M.D.
Family Practice
- As a family practice physician, Dr. Ciechna provides care for the entire family, ages newborn through adulthood. He received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University - School of Medicine and completed a family practice residency at Southern Illinois University Center for Family Medicine.
Rita Hart, D.O.
Pediatrics
- As a pediatrician, Dr. Hart sees patients ages newborn through 17. She received her medical degree and completed her residency in pediatrics at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Lawton Moy, M.D.
Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
- As an internist and pediatrician, Dr.Moy is specially trained to care for patients of all ages,from newborns through seniors.He received his medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria and completed an internship and residency at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

She received her medical degree at MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed a family practice residency at Washington Hospital in Pennsylvania.
