Please feel free to contact the manager of the department, nursing supervisor or the performance improvement department (815-942-2932, ext. 7121, 7122, or 7126 ) if you have any concerns about safety or quality of care issues. We take quality of care very seriously and encourage you to contact hospital management with any concerns.
