Belinda Serrano, M.D.

Family Medicine

• As a family medicine physician, Dr. Serrano is specially trained to care for patients of all ages, from babies to seniors. She received her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine and completed a residency at University of Illinois - Chicago, and Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.

Ryan Tremb, D.O.

Family Medicine

• As a family medicine physician, Dr. Tremb provides care for patients of all ages, from babies to seniors. He received his medical degree from Des Moines University - Osteopathic Medical Center and completed a residency at University of Illinois - Christ Hospital.

Nuzhat Chalisa, M.D.

Endocrinology

• Medical conditions associated with the glands and hormones often require the expertise of a physician who specializes in the endocrine system. Dr. Chalisa provides diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, obesity and pituitary problems. She completed her residency at Loyola University Medical Center and a fellowship in endocrinology at Rosalind & Franklin University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School.

Janet Leon, M.D.

Rheumatology

• Dr. Janet Leon specializes in the diagnosis, management and treatment of musculoskeletal and rheumatic disease, including bursitis, gout/pseudogout, lupus and related diseases, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Many of these conditions are characterized by joint pain and inflammation, as well as muscle soreness and stiffness. Dr. Leon is a graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago. She completed a residency and fellowship at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago. She is fluent in Spanish.
