Community Healthcare/Wellness Grants

The Morris Hospital Foundation's Community Healthcare/Wellness Grant program was created by a bequest from a community member, who wished to remain anonymous. Since 2002, this program has provided more than $289,000 in grants to support health and wellness initiatives throughout the communities served by Morris Hospital. 

Over the last ten years, the grant program has supported health-related purchases for local agencies, including over 55 AEDs and other lifesaving equipment, as well as health-related programming. Please take a moment to view past grants to gain an understanding of the types of initiatives supported and the impact of this special program.

Applications are currently being accepted. Click here to download the application and materials.  All materials are due to the Foundation by July 13, 2012. Awards will be distributed after September 1.
